The QRPro Base Mount 40 has a 125mm square baseplate and is designed to accomodate most side and centrally mounted controllers.
Whatever you are mounting to, we recommend 100% coverage of the total surface area of the Base Mount. If mounting to extrusion the 120mm side of 40120 is the minimum recommended size.
80% base support coverage is sufficient but if this is not possible then please use the QRPro Quick Release Base Mount BSB Edition which has an aluminium support plate included with varoius fixing options.
The QR Lever comes in Red as default, but you can choose from 9 different colours when adding to your cart at no extra cost if you want a different accent theme on your rig!

You will need a QRPro QR Plate kit for each controller you wish to mount to this base.

FAQ:
- All QRPro Base Mounts are entirely compatable with all QRPro Controller Quick Release Plates.
- The QRPro 40-Series Fixing Kit will also fix to 15-Series Extrusion
- If you have a DOF Reality rig then please have a look at our QRPro Quick Release Base Mount DOFR for a no-drill variant.
- Our QRPro Base Mount kits do not support FFB devices.
- Unfortunately, currently we do not have a QR Base that supports long lever devices, such as handbrakes, sequential shifters and collectives.
- The QRPro Base Support Bracket will not fit the Next Level Racing Flight series or Flight packs. You will need the QRPro Base Support Bracket NLR Flight Series (available separately).
Note: This item 3D printed, there will be obvious print lines on this product due to the nature of 3D printing. You may need to drill holes and need longer bolts than supplied if the plate you are fixing to is more than 5mm thick.
