Shipping Information

All our parcels are shipped fully insured and this is included in the shipping price. This means that if your parcel is proven lost in transit or the contents are damaged, we can dispatch a replacement part or full order once we have the confirmation or proof without having to wait 60-90 days that most courier services request.

To avoid any dispatch delays, please supply your preferred contact (telephone) number when ordering, to give to the Courier/Customs Clearance in case they need to contact you.

Mainland UK

Currently all products that are shipped within the UK are via Royal Mail. They are all tracked and may require a signature on delivery. We use Tracked 24 or RM Special Delivery depending on the value and size of the order so it is fully insured. These services are the quickest in the UK, so there is no express shipping option available for UK residents.

Royal Mail International Shipping

For non UK orders below the value of £250, there is a Royal Mail International shipping option. The parcels are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked or where this is not possible due to your countries regulations, International Signed is used. Delivery times can normally range from 3-15 business days from collection depending on destination and distance from the UK.

Royal Mail Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) to the United States 

Royal Mail offer a Postal Delivery Duties Paid Solution (PDDP) to the United States. Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) is a service whereby duties are handled by Royal Mail and the overseas customs authority/delivery partner so that the recipient does not incur any additional cost at the doorstep. Instead, VAT and duties are calculated and collected at the point of sale (added to the shipping cost) and paid to the relevant tax authorities in the US via Royal Mail.

We are working on a better integrated solution to show the working out, but for the meantime, if you are in the US and choose a Royal Mail PDDP service, then we collect the tariff owed as part of the shipping fee and pay it to Royal Mail, who in turn pay it to the US government. The Tarrif is calculated as follows:

10% of Order Subtotal + £0.50 Handling charge

For the moment this is added to the shipping charge, hence it looks high, but in reality it saves a lot of hassle for you when receiving the order as the duty is already paid upfront.

Courier Shipping Services

There are alternative Courier shipping options for all destination countries already in our system and we use various international courier services that range from 2-7 business days from collection depending on destination and courier. If you find you would like to use an alternative courier than the one listed as the Shipping partner for your Country, please get in touch with your details and preferred courier and we will add the data for you if possible as an option.

Courier Shipping does not necessarily mean Priority Service for most countries and your parcel may be sent via their Economy or Standard Shipping Service, but it should still be within the 2-7 business day range. Where possible dependant on weight, size and destination, we will always use the fastest possible service within the budget of the price you have paid.

For all shipments, tracking information will be provided once shipped but may not be available online until the parcel is collected from us and is scanned in to the system, usually the next business day.

Note: There is no VAT applied to any of our prices. If you are outside the UK, you may be charged an import duty/local VAT by your local customs department, this is your responsibility to settle in it's entirity.

Caring for the environment

 Recyclying - where possible we will reuse recycled boxes that are available to us or boxes manufactured from recycled products, so don't be suprised if the outer packaging looks a bit odd or is branded randomly.

Returns Information

We ship your products in good faith that they will arrive safely, in time and without any damage to the packaging or product. If your product was damaged in transit, please contact us using the Contact Us Form on the Site and make sure you have photographs of the damaged packaging/product to hand. We will contact you via email to arrange for the return and replacement once received at no further cost to you.

If you are not entirely happy with your product or you have ordered in error, you can return it in the first 14 days after receipt at your cost and as long as we receive the product back in resaleable condition (as new) will process a refund minus the original shipping cost + any transaction processing fees (5%) + a restocking fee (See Conditions of Use, Section 5). Please contact us using the Contact Us Form and include the order number and reason for return and we will be in contact with you to provide the returns number (RMA) and the address to send to.
