Quick Release Base Mounts

The majority of our products require a QR Base Mount attached to your rig. We normally pack the required hardware such as nuts, bolts and washers to help you attach to your rig, but as all rigs are customisable, sometimes you may need to source longer bolts to suit your needs. We also include a QR code for you to scan giving you access to Drilling measurements and sometimes instruction where we believe it is not obvious.

QR Naming Convention
Each position on your rig has a QR Base Mount System, the QR Family, controller types and position on your rig are shown in the picture below along with a size comparison and the corresponding colour swatch so you can match your QR Plates easily and visually.

NOTE: You will need a QR Base Mount for each position on your rig you want to enable QR and a QR Plate with the matching QR Family name and colour swatch for each your controllers you wish to mount to them, which gives you the option to have the controller on your rig or off and out of the way.

For instance you can only mount QRPro Controller Plates to QRPro Base Mounts, QRPro Controller Plates will not fit QRDee, QRMax, QRMin or any other family of QR Base Mount.

Note: The QR Plates are not interchangeable between different families of QR Base Mounts
