These Joystick extensions are part of our new Genβ range designed exclusively to fit Moza AB6 and AB9 FFB Joystick Bases and are for use with WINCTRL (formerly Winwing) joystick grips as supported by the base manufacture in the compatability section.
The main 30mm diameter tube has been bulked up over our previous offerings with thicker walls and different priinting enhancements to be able to cope with the extra forces invoked by the force feedback of the base. There are Red Anodised Aluminium Base and Grip Screws (collars) at either end to aid with tightening and there is a rubber washer provided for the grip end to assist with preventing rotation of the grip on the extension once in place. The extension extends the grip up by various heights and offsets towards the pilot.
Unlike most others available, these extensions are fully hardwired allowing easy no-fuss swap out between joystick handles and extension/no extension modes1.
No further adapters are required (or supported) for these to work as intended, directly with the base selected and the WINCTRL grip supported by the Base manufacturer.
This extension/adapter works the same way as the OEM Moza Flight Joystick Adapter adapter.
NOTE: Please measure the height/offset you need carefully before ordering, we cannot accept a return if you find you have not ordered the correct one.
Compatibility
- Adding/stacking any additional extension is not supported, whether OEM, 3rd Party or QR4rigs.
- Z-Axis (grip or extensions) isnot supported at either end.
- Other than those listed below, no other bases or grips are considered compatible at this time.

Notes:
1. Please disconnect the base from the power and USB when swapping between joysticks/extensions!
2. Pushing your joystick beyond it's movement limits with force may result in breaking the extension itself, particularly with the longer extensions.
3. If self calibrating your FFB base, please ensure that the grip does not come in to contact with any part of your rig as the impact may damage the extension detrimentally.
4. Adding the extension allows the supported grips to operate in the same manner as directly connecting them to the specific Base only.
5. [17/12/2025] Issue is fixed in latest (beta) version of Cockpit/Firmware] For Moza AB9 with WW grips, your grip may show as disconnected in the Moza Cockpit App (see instructions). This happens with the official Moza Adapter too. If you look in your game controllers panel within Windows you will see the same buttons and axis' working as if you were connected to a WW Orion 2 base. The Buttons and Axis will also be mappable in-game.

Note: This item is 3D printed. There will be obvious print lines on this product due to the nature of 3D printing. The colour of the base interface, plug and socket holder (not visible once installed) will vary depending on model chosen. We have colour coded them to make sure we send you the right one!
