These Joystick extensions are part of our new simplified Genβ (Generation Beta) range designed to fit the Moza Joystick Bases and are for use with Moza joystick grips only listed in the compatibility section.
By default these extensions incorporate a 15° counter clockwise rotation of the top fixing for better wrist comfort with right handed operation when the joystick is centre mounted.
NOTE: You can also choose 0° grip rotation when selecting your extension if you wish to have a forward facing grip like most civilian helicopters would have.
The main 30mm diameter tube has been bulked up over our previous offerings with thicker walls and different printing enhancements to be able to cope with the extra forces invoked by strong spring settings and force feedback of some bases. There are Anodised Aluminium Base and Grip Screw Tops to aid with tightening and avoid rotation of grips when in use. The extension places the grip up and towards the pilot by the height and offset indicated in the model name (see pictures 1 thru 3 for naming convention examples).
Unlike most others available, these extensions are fully hardwired allowing easy no-fuss swap out between joystick handles and extension/no extension modes1.
No further adapters are required (or supported) for these to work as intended, directly with the bases listed and the grip(s) supported by the Base manufacturer(s).
NOTE: Please measure the height/offset you need carefully before ordering, we cannot accept a return if you find you have not ordered the correct one and the package has been opened.
Compatibility
- Adding/stacking any additional extension is not supported, whether OEM, 3rd Party or QR4rigs.
- Z-Axis within Moza grips is supported.
- Other than those listed below, no other bases or grips or accessories are considered compatible at this time.

Notes:
1. Please disconnect the base from the power and USB when swapping between joysticks/extensions!
2. Pushing your joystick beyond it's movement limits with force may result in breaking the extension itself, particularly with the longer extensions.
3. If self calibrating your FFB base, please ensure that the grip does not come in to contact with any part of your rig as the impact may damage the extension detrimentally.
4. Adding the extension allows the supported grips to operate in the same manner as directly connecting them to the specific Base only. No electrical functionality is added or taken away.
5. 'MF' models share the same 'tubes' as 'SF' Models and may be labelled as such, only the top parts are different.

Note: This item is 3D printed. There will be obvious print lines on this product due to the nature of 3D printing. The colour of the base interface, plug and socket holder (not visible once installed) will vary depending on model chosen. We have colour coded them to make sure we send you the right one!
