This bundle has all the QR4rigs components you need to enable QR for your FFB Yoke on 4080 or 40120 base rigs so you can easily move the rather large Yoke out of the way in under a minute when you need the space back on your rig.
NOTE: You must extend your wheel table in order to support the rear of the Yoke and the Throttle on one of either sides.
Due to the size of these controllers, the kit requires you to mount your FFB / large format Yoke to a board of some sort (you will need to source this yourself). The fixing kits assume a 6mm board. The recommended sizes for the boards are in the downloadable Mounting Instructions below for the most popular yokes from Brunner, flightsim and Moza.
To help give you a starting point, we have provided a downloadable guide below as a suggestion for replacing and extending your Wheel Table with a framework assembled out of 40-series extrusion that would support your FFB Yoke.
IMPORTANT:
- Always use the 2x Thumbscrews/M6 Form ‘G’ washers that are supplied with the QRUHD Base Mount to secure the QR Plate to the QRUHD Base Mount once locked in place.
- Always only use the QR Levers when the Thumbscrews are removed to lock/unlock the QR Plate.
- Never use the QR Levers to eject heavy devices, just unlock them a little and then use both hands to remove the controller/QR Assembly
